It's really a privilege being able to work with Kate & James. Throughout pregnancy and now post partum, they have offered sustainable and practical advice which has helped keen me strong and well during the various challenges of these life stages.
James is a highly qualified and knowledgeable nutritionist who is well grounded and approaches nutrition through such a realistic lense. The star of the show however is of course Kate and frankly I'm not sure where I'd be without her.
