Book in for a no obligations initial consultation with James, where he will see where your nutrition is currently at, talk about your goals, explain how we work and then make a plan together from there. The idea of this session is to build a comprehensive picture of your life, where we want to go and how we are going to get there. 

Before the session you will be sent a form to complete help make the most of the session. You will need a phone or computer with internet access, a video camera and audio.
