Whether you’re just considering eating less meat, have started making changes, or are already plant based, this session meets you wherever you are at, moving at your own pace with no obligations or pressure.

You’ll learn about the most effective order for dietary changes, as well as managing protein and fibre intake, and micronutrient supplementation. You’ll come away with:
1. A personalised action plan for your order of reduction and swaps
2. Approximate protein and fibre goals with a plan on how to meet them
3. Future alternatives for however far you want to go
